French
Cambridge International’s Lower School French offers a dynamic online platform for secondary school students to learn French. Our program goes beyond language skills, opening doors to diverse cultures and broadening students’ global perspectives.
Tailored for Key Stage 3, our online French lessons help students express ideas confidently in both spoken and written French, fostering curiosity and cultural awareness.
Assessments are an integral part of our online French program. Our experienced educators continuously evaluate students during live-taught lessons, marking coursework, assignments, and administering summative tests.
This thorough assessment process ensures that students consistently achieve high academic standards.
Weekly homework is designed to reinforce what’s been taught in class, making it an essential part of our curriculum. Assignments may include research on linguistic and cultural topics, quizzes to recap lessons, and activities to deepen understanding.
These tasks are crafted to enhance students’ learning experience and build a solid foundation in French.
Parents have 24/7 access to their child’s academic records, including coursework, grades, and teacher feedback. This transparency allows parents to stay informed about their child’s progress. Additionally, they can schedule consultations with teachers at convenient times to discuss any concerns or celebrate achievements.
By choosing Cambridge International’s Lower School French, you’re providing your child with a top-tier, immersive experience in online French education, preparing them for future success.

French is the gateway to exploring French culture through both spoken and written language. At Cambridge International’s Lower School, our French curriculum follows the English National Curriculum Key Stage 3 guidelines, ensuring students gain the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel as they advance to Upper School.
